1.3. Getting Help

Not sure how to do something in InqScribe? Need some guidance? Try these steps if you're having trouble with InqScribe.

• Check the User Guide
  You've already found the User Guide. That's a good start; most standard tasks are described here.
• Check the Knowledge Base
  Our online knowledge base includes many FAQs as well as discussions of common topics and problems.
• Visit the Discussion Forum
  You can visit the InqScribe discussion forum online. Someone else may have asked the same question. Inquirium staff manage the forum and respond to questions posted there. (The forum is also a good place to submit feature requests.)
• Submit a Support Request
  You can submit a support request on our Support Page. We will respond to you via email.

Note that you can use the Help menu in InqScribe to report problems, make suggestions, and get to the Support Page.
