1. Will I be charged monthly?

No, you will be charged a one-time fee for the license.

2. Are there any per-minute charges for using automatic transcription?

No. Once you have a valid InqScribe license, you can transcribe unlimited minutes at no extra cost.

3. How long does my license last?

This depends on the type of license you purchase.

  • Lifetime License: A lifetime license entitles you to use your purchased version of InqScribe forever. A lifetime license purchase includes free updates for two years. After that point, if you want to use the latest version of InqScribe, you will need to upgrade. But you can continue to use the version of InqScribe you purchased, and versions released within two years of purchase, forever.
  • 10-day License: A 10-day license entitles you to use InqScribe for 10 days. This is not a subscription and does not renew. After 10 days, you will need to purchase a new license.
4. Can I install on multiple computers?

You can install a single InqScribe license on one laptop and one desktop computer so long as you are the only user.

5. What is this FS* InqScribe charge on my credit card?

FastSpring handles our payments for us. When you buy InqScribe, the charge on your credit card should appear as "FS* InqScribe".

6. What is "FastSpring"?
