InqScribe Refund Policy

We offer a free 7-day trial of InqScribe for evaluation before purchase. We strongly recommend testing the software to ensure it meets your requirements and is compatible with your system before purchasing a paid license.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day consumer right to cancel:

  1. You must contact Paddle at help@paddle.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. The request must be made before activating the software using the activation key sent to you after purchase.
  3. Once the software has been activated, the right to cancel is waived.

Once a software license has been activated, you are not eligible for a refund. By activating your license and downloading the resulting personal license file, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of a refund.

Upon your refund request being granted, your license to use the product will be revoked. You must entirely remove the product’s files from your computer as per the terms of the license that you bought. Your activation code and license will be disabled.

In addition, refunds may be available at Inquirium and Paddle’s discretion if we are unable to resolve a technical issue.
