Can I “return” my purchase for a refund?

Software purchases are generally non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to resolve a technical issue. As with all software purchases, it's difficult to “return” downloaded software and emailed license codes.

We do offer a generous 14-day trial period so that you may evaluate the InqScribe and make sure it meets your needs and works on your system before purchasing.

(If you're an academic or nonprofit user and were not able to obtain a discount coupon during your initial purchase, we're generally flexible about crediting the discounted amounts.)
